AWALE North East UK is a community organisation bringing together people of Ivorian heritage and friends of Côte d’Ivoire living across North East England.

Inspired by the traditional Awalé game, a symbol of strategy, sharing and togetherness, our association is built on the values of unity, friendship, mutual support and respect for our cultural heritage.

We provide a welcoming space where individuals and families can connect, support one another, celebrate our culture and build lasting relationships.
